Monday: Kids/Youth Karate (4:30pm-5:30pm)
Tuesday: Kids Karate (4:30pm-5:30pm)
Youth/Teen Karate (5:00pm-6:00pm)
*yellow belt or 12 and up
Wednesday: Kids/Youth Karate (4:30pm-5:30pm)
Thursday: Youth/Teen Karate (5:00pm-6:00pm)
Friday: Kids/Youth Karate (4:30pm-5:30pm)
Saturday: Kids/ Youth Karate - Red belt and up, 10 student limit (10:00am-11:00pm)
Class Description:
Karate classes offered at FSK daily are established from the Japanese martial art, Kyokushin. Kyokushin translates to English as "Ultimate Truth". During Karate classes students walk this path of the martial way as they learn the foundation of Karate through the 3 pillars of training: Kihon (Basics), Kata (Forms), and Kumite (Fighting). Children's Karate classes at FSK are perfect for instruction and aid in: self-control, confidence, discipline, strength, and many more!
