Class Description:

FSK All Abilities Adaptive Karate Class for teen and adult students ranging from 12 years old to adults. This 45-minute class will focus on principles of Kyokushin Karate including balance and mobility, spatial and sensory awareness, strength and flexibility and endurance and fitness.

** Class size may be limited based on space/staff

Cost:

$150 per month (one-time $150 membership fee includes uniform)
